For health and safety procedures during pandemic, program will follow the most updated EEC guidelines during summer time.
 

2024 Summer camp accepts students aged 5-11, e.g. finishing K-5th grade in Jun or entering KG in Sept.
实体营接收5-11岁孩子(六月完成K-5年级，或九月入学上KG)

Camp Location: 21 Church St., Winchester MA 01890 (First Congregational Church)

Camp Sessions (One week per session, Mon-Fri) 按周报名共8周
    Session 1:  Jul 8 - 12;       Session 2:  Jul 15 - 19;          Session 3:  Jul 22 - 26;
    Session 4:  Jul 29 - Aug 2;         Session 5:  Aug 5 - 9;      Session 6:  Aug 12 - 16;
    Session 7:  Aug 19 - 23;         Session 8:  Aug 26 - 30.
 

Camp hours: 每天开放时间
   Regular Day: 8:30am - 5:00pm;
   Early drop off: 8:00am; Late pickup: 5:30pm

Camp tuition 学费
    Covering daily lunch, 2 snacks/day, field trip transportation and school uniform

    Registration fee $40/child
    One session(full week):  Regular day $500/week;
    Drop off by day(partial week):  $110/day
    Early drop off  or Late pickup : additional 20/week or $5/day
    Discount 优惠: current WSCC student 5%; sibling 5%; 4+sessions 5% (最多Max 10% if combined) 

Signup and Enrollment Procedure: 报名程序
    Step 1) Fill out the Google Form to sign up and hold your spot. You will receive a response email from Google after submitting. If not, please check your spam folder. Later you can edit and/or upload Enrollment Form using the link "Edit response" provided in the response email.
    Step 2) Download the Enrollment Form (5 pages in pdf) and fill it out
    Step 3) To submit the completed Enrollment Form, you can either upload a PDF file using the link "Edit response" provided in the response email, or mail the paper form to: 
                 WSCC, 611 Main St, STE 202, Winchester MA 01890.
    Step 4) Deposit Payment (Reg fee $40/child + $100/child/session):
Mail a check to the same address above or send by online bill pay (If not used before see Instruction to make Online Bill Pay).
You can also send payment by Zelle using the email wscc.asp@gmail.com as a business recipient.
Remember to write the child's name and purpose in the memo for easy tracking.

Your enrollment is confirmed upon receiving of your Enrollment Form and deposit payment.
The full balance due 6/1/2024 for the sessions in July; and 7/1/2024 for the sessions in August.
