Parent Duty

Welcome to WSCC After-School Program (ASP)!

To register in the program, please fill out

1. Registration form
2. Emergency contact form
3. Transportation form
4. Submit your child(ren)’s most updated health form and immunization record (same requirement as public schools)
5. First month tuition
6. Print out the Parent handbook, read it and keep it in your file
